LW - C is happy to offer one free return or exchange per order.
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within ten (10) days of delivery or purchase in store.
Item(s) must be free from wear, stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new, with the original tags still attached.
Refunds exclude shipping charges collected in the initial transaction.
All items marked on sale or otherwise discounted are final sale and may not be returned.
In-store Orders
Thank you for visiting us at one of our Los Angeles stores. To make a return or an exchange, please visit us again at one of our Los Angeles locations in Silverlake or the Arts District.
Online orders may also be returned in store.
Online Orders
For online orders, please request a return or exchange through our returns portal: LW - C Returns Portal
Items may be placed into their original packaging and shipped with a printable label or QR code.
All items marked on sale or otherwise discounted are final sale and may not be returned.
Domestic
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 days to process your return request. After inspection, refunds to the original payment method or store credit are issued.
International
LW - C is unable to provide a return shipping label for international orders. To request a return or exchange, please email info@ladywhiteco.com with your order number, provided in the original order confirmation.
International orders may be returned to the address below using any method of your choice. We recommend using a traceable and insured service, as Lady White Company is not responsible for items lost in transit.
