We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. You will be notified as soon as your order ships out.

SHIPPING - DOMESTIC

We ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL.

Shipping costs for our carriers are calculated during checkout. 

Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping, which is processed through USPS (5-7 business days).

 

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

Shipping costs and applicable customs, taxes, and duties fees are calculated for your region during checkout via DHL rates. at this time, lady white co. is unable to offer customers the option pay their countries' applicable taxes upon receipt rather than at the time of checkout.

lady white co. does not assume responsibility for customs fees, taxes, or duties from exporting goods to a recipient's locale. Lady White Co. does not assume responsibility for delivery attempts when the delivery courier marks the package out for delivery in the recipient's locale, including but not limited to recipient's physical absence at the delivery address' or fault at the recipient's local carrier office. lady white co. does not assume responsibility for any associated fees should a package be abandoned or returned by the courier. lady white co. assumes no responsibility for the cost of the order.
