Description

The LW - C x Phigvel-Makers Co. Split Seam Shoe is a slip-on shoe with a rounded toe. Bench-made from 100% Italian calf skin leather in Asakusa, Japan, the shoe blends boot and shoe styles for a subdued yet robust shape. Finished with a split seam and rubber sole, balancing elegance and rigidity. Made by and in collaboration with Phigvel-Makers Co. 

"Charcoal" is an original dye developed especially for this collaboration.

Materials

100% young calf skin leather with an exceptionally fine and soft texture with an inviting suppleness. Tanned in Tuscany by the GUIDI tannery in Italy, the leather is saturated richly with oil, lending a delicate moisturized yet thick and durable wearing experience.

The leather will soften over time, deepening in color and luster.

Brush loose debris with a soft- or medium-bristled brush. Wipe dry immediately. Consult a professional for stain and scuff removal and repair.

Fit & Sizing

A low-profile silhouette balancing boot and slip-on styles, emphasizing a natural curve from toe to instep.

No full sizes. For the specially dyed "charcoal" only, we recommend taking your normal size or sizing up to your nearest size. For example, purchase an 8.5 if you wear an 8.5. If you wear a 9, size up to 9.5.

Some initial snugness upon wear that does not immediately cause undue pain is normal, as the leather will stretch and relax with wear, depending on the unique characteristics of your foot.
