Domestic orders placed online:
We offer free exchanges and easy returns if you are not completely happy with your purchase. All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of initial delivery. You have the option of exchange, store credit, or return for refund to original form of payment.
Returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. Items must have the original tags and packaging and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt.
To return merchandise, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. You will then be issued a return label. Once the merchandise has been returned and inspected, you will then receive the refund if all criteria is met.
For exchanges, please email email@example.com with order number and what you would like in place of the item you have already purchased. We will then send you a return label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will then send the exchanged item.
If an item is returned after the 10 day mark, you will receive a store credit.
Items purchased at flagship location,County Ltd., can only be returned or exchanged at County Ltd.
Items purchased online can only be returned or exchanged online.
