Domestic orders placed online:

We offer free exchanges and easy returns if you are not completely happy with your purchase. All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of initial delivery. You have the option of exchange, store credit, or return for refund to original form of payment.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. Items must have the original tags and packaging.

To return merchandise, please email info@ladywhiteco.com with your order number and reason for return. You will then be issued a return label. Once the merchandise has been returned and inspected, you will then receive the refund if all criteria is met.

For exchanges, please email info@ladywhiteco.com with your order number and what you would like in place of the item you have already purchased. We will then send you a return label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will then send the exchanged item.

 

International Returns
International orders may be returned to the address below using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a traceable and insured service, as Lady White Co.  is not responsible for items lost in transit.
